Cowley County 4-H Leadership Lab
4-H members are encouraged to provide leadership for their project, club and/or community.
The Cowley County 4-H Leadership Lab will feature leadership opportunities to help youth learn about the skills it takes to be a leader such as:
- understanding yourself
- communicating
- getting along with others
- learning
- making decisions
- managing and working with groups
All activities will encourage youth to follow the do-reflect-apply model.
The Leadership Lab will feature ideas and options to inspire kids to do.
Complete details will be sent in the monthly 4-H Flash and posted on the Cowley County 4-H Facebook page.
